- <p><strong>Vacancy: Accounting Manager (M F X) -</strong> We are looking for an Accounting Manager (M F X) for our client, an international industrial technology company in Western Switzerland, to join its Finance team within a Swiss entity of a global group for a permanent role at 100%.</p><p>The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all of our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.</p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><p>* You will oversee the accounting activities of several entities and ensure the accuracy, reliability and delivery of financial information.</p><p>* You will coordinate monthly and annual closings while contributing to audits and reporting.</p><p>* You will manage, support and develop the accounting team by providing technical guidance, coaching and day-today operational assistance.</p><p>* You will collaborate with Finance and operational stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and ensure efficient financial workflows.</p><p>* You will contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalisation of accounting processes, tools and performance indicators.</p><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><p>* You have solid experience in general accounting and have previously managed or supervised an accounting team within a corporate environment.</p><p>* You are highly operational, hands-on and comfortable working in a changing environment with multiple priorities.</p><p>* You have strong knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, combined with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting or business intelligence tools.</p><p>* You are recognised for your leadership, coaching abilities and capacity to support a team through organisational and process changes.</p><p>* You have a good understanding of accounting standards, closing activities, audits and financial controls, ideally within an industrial or international environment.</p><p>* You are fluent in French and English and communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Are you interested by this role?</strong></p><p>Then apply online as an Accounting Manager (M F X) by citing this <strong>reference number 60140-0013464206</strong>.
