This is a unique opportunity to integrate into high-impact transformation initiatives within a prestigious global organization. </strong></p><p>Location: Geneva, Switzerland (HQ)</p><p>Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year (Immediate Start)</p><p>Employment Type: Temp Contract</p><p> </p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><p>As the OTC & Finance Transformation Consultant, you will:</p><ul><li><strong>Process Evaluation:</strong>Analyze existing OTC (Order-to-Cash) and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities across global operations.</li><li><strong>Propose Optimized Solutions:</strong>Design end-to-end optimized OTC processes and propose functional ERP solutions across contracts, quotes, orders, billing, and collections, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to streamline operations and maximize business value.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong>Partner across key departments (Global Process Owners, Finance, Business Lines, Information & Data teams) to gain alignment and buy-in for any process changes.</li><li><strong>Adherence to Standards:</strong>Ensure standard ERP processes align with the organization's transformation goals, focusing on automated data integration, intelligent receivables automation, AR self-service, and contract management.</li><li><strong>Document New Processes:</strong>Prepare clear and thorough documentation of future-state processes to support successful system implementation, team training, and long-term adoption.</li><li><strong>Implementation Oversight:</strong>Oversee seamless implementation efforts, ensuring smooth integration across impacted systems.</li><li><strong>Training & Change Management:</strong>Lead the transformation journey by delivering impactful training, coaching teams, and facilitating change management to drive user adoption.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong>Collaborate with business to secure immediate process enhancements and prepare for the larger transformation program.
