- <p><strong>Vacancy: AP Specialist (M F X) -</strong> We are looking for an AP Specialist (M F X) for our client, a large international / multinational company, to join its finance and accounting team for a permanent role, 100%: The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement, as well as all of our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.</p><p><strong>Missions</strong></p><ul><li>You review and process supplier invoices while ensuring proper approvals, accurate coding, and compliance with internal procedures.</li><li>You monitor outstanding invoices, open balances, and payment-related items, making sure discrepancies are investigated and resolved.</li><li>You support monthly and periodic closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reporting schedules, and related financial analysis.</li><li>You analyse overhead costs and administrative expenses, identifying variances, trends, and unusual movements for management review.</li><li>You contribute to intercompany recharge processes and cost allocation methodologies across different business areas.</li><li>You ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information in line with internal controls and compliance standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Profil du candidat</strong></p><ul><li>You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or you have an equivalent professional background.</li><li>You have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice management, cost analysis, accruals, provisions, or similar finance activities.</li><li>You have previous experience working within an international or multinational company environment.</li><li>You are comfortable working with financial systems and have a strong command of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>You demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify variances or anomalies.</li><li>You are fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.</li></ul><p><strong>Are you interested by this role? </strong></p><p>Then apply online as an AP Specialist (M F X) by citing this <strong>reference number 60140-0013431947</strong>.
