MX & BR);</li><li>Create and execute on editorial plans for World Cup;</li><li>Be on deck the day of key events to manage game-day merchandising operations across platform;</li><li>Support content curation on platform experiences, including but not limited to, What to Watch, and Featured Experiences</li><li>Create merchandising strategies for seasonal holidays and trending global and local moments;</li><li>Pull and analyze data to inform merchandising strategies;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members from Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to drive best-in-class curation across the Roku platform in Spanish Speaking Latin America.</li></ul><p><strong><span class="TextRun SCXW189203872 BCX8" lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW189203872 BCX8">Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences</span></span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in film, media, marketing, business, or equivalent experience;</li><li>Experience in media, content, or product strategy, with previous experience in Sports, FAST, and/or Live TV;</li><li>Strong knowledge of the media & sports landscape in Latin America;</li><li>English is required;</li><li>Spanish is considered a plus;</li><li>Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira; Airtable and Confluence experience;</li><li>Able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed;</li><li>In-depth experience working with content management tools (CMS);</li><li>Ability to multitask, juggling multiple time-sensitive projects and priorities simultaneously;</li><li>Ability to work within a fast-paced, digital/tech environment;</li><li>Working knowledge of analytics tools (i.e., Looker and Tableau), and able to make data-driven decisions;</li><li>Comfortable working with AI tools;</li><li>Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills;</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teammates from a variety of disciplines;</li><li>Ability to work independently, but aware of when/how to ask for assistance.</li></ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/R2l1bGlhLk1henphLjA5NzI2LjEwODk2QHJoaWJyLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif">
