Brandi Britton is executive director of the contract finance and accounting practice at Robert Half. Throughout her more than 20 years in the talent solutions industry, she has served as an authority on career and hiring trends at the national and regional levels. In her current role, Brandi leads brand positioning and works with leadership teams across five continents to develop growth strategies and operating processes. She also serves on the UCLA Anderson Forecast Board of Advisors. Most recently, she served as district president for the greater Los Angeles area, overseeing 14 Robert Half locations.
Brandi graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys sending time her husband, young daughter and crazy French Bulldog.
Paul Flaharty is executive director of the marketing and creative practice at global talent solutions firm Robert Half, which connects professionals with companies hiring in marketing, creative, digital, advertising and public relations. His primary responsibility is to develop and oversee the growth strategy for the company's marketing and creative contract talent solutions teams across the United States.
Paul began his career with Robert Half in New York City in 2005. After seven years of building successful operations in the tri-state area, he relocated to Los Angeles. Paul has held several leadership positions, including division director, regional vice president and district director. He most recently oversaw operations throughout Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area for the company’s technology and marketing and creative practices.
Paul is a spokesperson for Robert Half and frequently quoted expert on various hiring trends and workplace topics. A graduate of Cornell University, Paul is now based in Los Angeles and is proud to be raising two incredible children.
Jason Flanders is global executive director of the management resources practice at Robert Half, the world’s premier provider of senior-level finance, accounting, and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis.
Flanders joined Robert Half in 2005 as a branch manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since taken on roles with increased responsibilities. Prior to his current role, Flanders served as managing director over North America for the firm’s strategic accounts acquisition group and focused on developing and managing enterprise level customers. He assumed the global executive director position in 2019 and currently oversees strategy, operations and business development for more than 140 offices worldwide.
An alumnus of Clemson University, Flanders is a noted speaker and commentator on key issues related to finance and accounting, employment trends and thought leadership. He presents on the national and chapter level with leading professional associations, including Financial Executives International, CFO Leadership Council, Institute of Management Accountants and the FP&A Board. When he’s not in the office, Flanders enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf or relaxing at the beach.
Tim Hird is executive vice president of enterprise optimization for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, and Protiviti, a global consulting firm and Robert Half subsidiary. Robert Half is traded on the New York Stock Exchange and a member of the S&P 500 Index.
In his role, Hird enhances combined Robert Half-Protiviti solution offerings to help businesses create functions and processes, address performance issues, and drive improvement.
Hird most recently served as executive director of the management resources practice, beginning in 2012. He joined Robert Half in 2000 as an account executive for our management resources practice and helped launch the division’s London office. He quickly assumed leadership roles to expand the business throughout the UK, European and Asia-Pacific regions. In 2007, he relocated to Singapore and directed operations for multiple Robert Half business units in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. He is now based out of the company’s headquarters in California.
Hird is a noted speaker, author and commentator on issues impacting finance and accounting professionals, such as career and workplace management, employment trends, regulatory reform, and employee mobility. Stephanie Naznitsky is executive director of the administrative and customer support practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, where she manages operations for nearly 300 practice locations worldwide. Naznitsky began her career with Robert Half in 2001 as a talent solutions manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has held various leadership positions over her 20-year career, including most recently serving as regional vice president for several East Coast offices. Steve Saah is executive director of the finance and accounting permanent placement practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized financial talent solutions service. The company has more than 300 locations worldwide. He is responsible for leading U.S. operations, based in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. He was named executive director in 2017, previously serving as director of permanent placement services.
Saah has been with the company since 1998, where he started as a recruiting manager, following a career as an internal auditor and assistant controller. He is a noted expert, author and presenter on career, management and hiring trends, particularly those affecting the accounting and finance fields. Saah earned a finance degree from Virginia Tech.
Michael Steinitz is senior executive director at Robert Half overseeing finance and accounting talent and recruiting solutions, including full-time, contract and permanent placement, administrative and customer support and business transformation.
Based in Washington, D.C. Steinitz began his career with Robert Half in 1996 as a staffing manager. He worked his way up through the organization from division director to branch manager to regional vice president to senior vice president, holding positions in New York and Massachusetts. Most recently, he served as president of the Mid-Atlantic District, which included offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia.
Steinitz is considered a national expert on talent solutions, commenting on recruiting practices, hiring trends and other workplace issues.
Jamy Sullivan is executive director of the legal practice at Robert Half, a premier talent solutions firm. An author and speaker on legal employment and practice management topics, she began her career with Robert Half in 2002 as an account executive in Columbus, Ohio. Over the years, she has held various management positions within the company and received recognition for serving on project committees, mentoring internal employees and her leadership performance. Sullivan, who is based in Dallas, became executive director in 2016 and manages operations for the legal practice in North America.
Prior to her employment with Robert Half, Sullivan worked as a law clerk at an Ohio law firm and for the Ohio State Legislature. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor from Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, Ohio.
Jeff Weber is executive director of the technology practice at Robert Half and manages operations for more than 100 locations worldwide. The firm places IT professionals for initiatives ranging from software development, system and application life cycle, systems integration and project management to cloud, infrastructure, security and technical support.
Prior to this role, Weber was with Protiviti, a Robert Half subsidiary, since its inception in 2002 and was most recently a Managing Director for the technology consulting practice. With over three decades of IT experience, Weber’s areas of expertise include information security, software design and development, data management, enterprise architecture, IT process improvement, and IT strategy and governance.
Randi Weitzman is executive director of technology, marketing and legal talent solutions for permanent placements at Robert Half. In this role, she develops and oversees programs that enable the company’s permanent placement teams across North America to connect employers with highly skilled technology, marketing and legal professionals.
During her 20-year career with Robert Half, Weitzman has held various leadership positions, where she provided strategic talent solutions to companies and created and executed strategies to grow business and improve employee retention. Weitzman also has been on the board for HDI, an association for technical support professionals, since 2007. When she’s not busy with work, Weitzman enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, golfing or hitting the gym.
