Through her nearly 17 year career with Robert Half, Clem has spent time producing in or managing every line of business. Before this role, Clem also enjoyed success as a field manager, including former roles as division director, metro market manager and regional vice president.
Julie Collins is executive director of OfficeTeam, the world’s largest specialized temporary staffing service for administrative professionals. In this role, she manages operations for the 300 OfficeTeam locations worldwide, which place tens of thousands of highly skilled candidates each year into positions ranging from executive and administrative assistant to receptionist and customer service specialist.
Collins joined OfficeTeam’s parent company, Robert Half, in 1993 as a staffing manager in Akron, Ohio. She later assumed roles as a business developer, area manager and regional manager. She was most recently district director for Ohio, Michigan, West Pennsylvania and Indiana. Diane Domeyer is executive director of The Creative Group (TCG), a specialized staffing service placing interactive, design, marketing, advertising and public relations professionals. When she’s not managing operations for TCG’s locations across North America or speaking and tweeting about career and workplace trends, you can find her on a bike or spending time with her husband, five kids and grandchildren.

Tim Hird is the executive director of Robert Half Management Resources, the world’s premier provider of senior-level accounting, finance and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis. He oversees strategy, operations and business development for more than 140 offices worldwide.
Hird joined the company in 2000 and quickly assumed leadership roles to expand the business throughout the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific region. He assumed his current role in 2012. Paul McDonald is senior executive director at Robert Half, which specializes in the placement of professionals in the accounting and finance, technology, legal, creative and administrative fields. He writes and speaks frequently on hiring, workplace and career management topics. Over the course of more than 30 years in the recruiting field, McDonald has advised thousands of company leaders and job seekers on how to hire and get hired.
McDonald joined Robert Half in 1984 as a recruiter for financial and accounting professionals in Boston, following a public accounting career with Price Waterhouse. In the 1990s, he became president of the Western United States overseeing all of the company’s operations in the region. McDonald became senior executive director of Robert Half Management Resources in 2000, and assumed his current role in 2012.
John Reed is the senior executive director of Robert Half Technology. In this role, he manages operations for more than 100 Robert Half Technology locations worldwide. The firm places IT professionals for initiatives ranging from web development and multiplatform systems integration to network security and technical support.
Prior to this role, he was a district president for Robert Half Technology, overseeing multiple branches in Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Memphis and Nashville. Reed has an extensive background in both IT and staffing, including 13 years in IT product sales and almost 18 years in the staffing industry.
Michael Steinitz is the executive director of Accountemps, a division of Robert Half, and is based in Washington, D.C. Steinitz began his career with Robert Half in 1996. He worked his way up through the organization from division director to branch manager to regional vice president to senior vice president, holding positions in New York and Massachusetts.
Steinitz also served as president of the Southeastern Mid-Atlantic District, overseeing offices throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Most recently, he served as president of the Mid-Atlantic District, which included offices in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia. Steinitz is considered a national and local expert on the staffing industry, commenting on recruiting practices, hiring trends and other workplace issues.
Jamy Sullivan is executive director of Robert Half Legal, a premier legal staffing and consulting solutions firm. An author and speaker on legal employment and law practice management topics, she began her career with Robert Half Legal in 2002 as an account executive in Columbus, Ohio. Over the years, she has held various sales management positions within the company and received recognition for serving on project committees, mentoring internal employees and her leadership and sales performance.
Prior to her employment with Robert Half, Sullivan worked as a law clerk at an Ohio law firm and for the Ohio State Legislature. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor from Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, Ohio.
