Robert Half EMEA Leaders Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2025 Staffing 100 Europe List
Zurich, 16 September 2025 - Sven Hennige, Senior Managing Director, Central and Southern Europe, and Matt Weston, Senior Managing Director, UK, Ireland and BeNeLux, have once again been named to the 2025 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe List. This accolade celebrates the 100 most influential leaders in the European staffing market with a focus on executives who have significantly impacted their companies over the past year.
Hennige has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year. Known for his forward-thinking leadership, in 2025 he oversaw Robert Half’s workforce transformation strategy in Germany to align the company’s services and strategic advisory objectives with evolving workforce trends.
Weston has been honoured for the seventh consecutive year. In 2025, he launched new initiatives to meet evolving market demands, including Robert Half’s permanent tech talent offering in the Netherlands and a new on-demand talent solution model.

Sven Hennige joined Robert Half in 1998 and oversees the operations across Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland. A true pioneer in the staffing industry, Sven has helped form and shape the company’s talent solutions business for more than two decades. Over the years he has been consistently engaged in topics such as workforce transformation and its impact on the labour and skilled talent market and staffing industry, including the impact of new technologies.
Matt Weston strategically leads and develops Robert Half’s operations across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Since joining the company in 1999, he has helped grow Robert Half’s world-class specialised staffing operations in Europe, including its UK-based Talent Solutions Centre.
