What do Corporate Services do?
From our office in Groot-Bijgaarden, our Corporate Services teams support the entire organization and form the backbone of Robert Half. Thanks to their expertise, they ensure that our business runs smoothly every day.
Human Resources and Learning & Development invest in the growth and development of our employees. Finance and Payroll guarantee accurate and efficient financial administration. Legal and Facility Management support the organization through strong governance and an optimal working environment. Our IT specialists manage company technology and provide day-to-day support to colleagues. Marketing and PR strengthen our brand positioning, create impactful campaigns and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
What do our Operational Support teams do?
Our administrative teams are an indispensable link within Robert Half. Thanks to their organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive support, they enable our Talent Managers to focus entirely on clients and candidates. Our Sales Support professionals and Lead Administrators streamline processes, improve efficiency and contribute to the smooth running of the organization.
