Andrea Wong
Andrea Wong holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Andrea began her career at PwC in Hong Kong, providing tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse clientele, including multinational corporations and Hong Kong-listed companies. She was heavily involved in tax due diligence engagements and offshore claims. After five years in tax consulting, Andrea transitioned to the recruitment field. She joined Robert Half Hong Kong, focusing on permanent placements for accounting and finance professionals within the financial services sector. Over the next ten years, she built strong relationships with CFOs in private equity, venture capital, family offices, insurance companies, and banks. Her expertise helped clients identify and attract top talent to achieve their business goals. During this time, Andrea served as the Robert Half Hong Kong representative, holding a corporate membership in the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. In 2022, Andrea embraced a new challenge. She relocated with her family to Singapore to become the Managing Director for Robert Half Singapore. In this role, she oversees the Singaporean business, encompassing three talent solution divisions: Permanent, Contracting, and Consulting. These divisions focus on recruitment within Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Technology, Business & Finance Transformation, and HR.
