Hours per week managers think employees are bored at work: 6

2 in 5 employees would quit if they felt bored at work.

The main reason employees are bored, according to managers:

28% They don’t feel challenged by assignments
23% There isn’t enough work to do
22% The nature of the work isn’t interesting
20% Too many/poorly executed meetings
7% They don’t enjoy interacting with their coworkers

39% of managers say employees have too much to do in their jobs.
