Debbie Mucciolo is the Operations Manager and District Administrative Coordinator for Robert Half Executive Search U.S. Based in the firm’s Phoenix office, she supports a dynamic, results-oriented executive search, consulting team specializing in COO, CEO, Financial Officer, Information Technology, Legal, and Human Resources executive leadership, search assignments.
She specifically supports our firm’s President in executing special projects, overseeing operational initiatives, strategic planning and creating and implementing company policies, overall.
Debbie has been a member of the Robert Half Executive Search, US, operating team since 2011. She is the main liaison with the firm’s corporate accounting, human resources, payroll, and reporting teams. She is responsible for all of the firm’s back office and operational tasks.
Debbie brings her experience supporting diverse sales teams at Fortune 500 Companies, such as Yahoo! and Prudential Financial. She reports directly to the Divisional President, Wayne S. Mello.
Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout her career, Debbie has maintained involvement with numerous volunteer organizations and charities. She has volunteered at soup kitchens and food banks in New York and Boston. Debbie has volunteered as a Mentor to her local Parish’s Youth Ministry, including taking a group of High School students on a service trip to the nation’s capital. Debbie actively supports and participates in the local Phoenix chapters of The Make-A-Wish Foundation and The Boys and Girls Club.
Debbie earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.
