Our history of diversity and inclusion
Robert Half’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has its roots in the values of our founder, Robert Half. He was a catalyst for positive change in the employment industry. He lobbied against discriminatory hiring policies that were common at the time and led the successful effort to eliminate separate male and female job listings in major newspapers.
