As a global organization, we at Robert Half understand how important it is to recognize the different backgrounds, life experiences and cultures among our staff and within the communities we serve.
Diversity and inclusion are essential elements of our corporate culture. We strive to create a work environment that supports the success of all employees, attracts a diverse pool of applicants and encourages people to build long-term careers at Robert Half. Embracing diversity and inclusion also helps us better serve the needs of the job seekers and hiring managers we work with each day.
Diversity and inclusion initiatives
We have built relationships with organizations that promote diversity. We also offer employees the following resources to help increase their awareness and understanding of today’s multicultural workplace:
- A team of Diversity Champions across the U.S. and Canada who help promote diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Lunch-and-learn events
- Instructor-led and online training programs
Our history of diversity and inclusion
Robert Half’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has its roots in the values of our founder, Robert Half. He was a catalyst for positive change in the employment industry. He lobbied against discriminatory hiring policies that were common at the time and led the successful effort to eliminate separate male and female job listings in major newspapers.
