Legal Receptionists are responsible for managing a multi-line phone system — placing, receiving and directing calls. They may report to the Senior/Executive Legal Secretary and are responsible for responding to requests from callers, relaying messages, coordinating with mail delivery services, and greeting clients and other visitors.
