- Organize word processors, files, and faxes
- Assist accounting by data entry of invoices
- Run Excel reports
- Data entry and scanning of invoices
- Organizing of paperwork
- coordinating and submitting for certificates of insurance
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets as well as database experience
