JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary: Responsible for smooth operation of the department by organizing and executing a full range of daily secretarial responsibilities including: meeting set-up organization; correspondence preparation; Administrative Support to Safety Officer, EOC Committee and EOP Committee; meeting minutes for Environment of Care and Emergency Operations Plan meetings; maintain Environment of Care Binders: policies, risk assessments, Environment of Care tours, Maintains hospital Emergency Operations Plan Binder; knowledge of disaster plans and support of Incident Command Center. Strong communication skills (written verbal) with patients/families; Senior Leadership; Managers and employees utilizing Community Care Standards. Work independently with efficiency and accuracy. Administrative support to the Quality Management Team, minutes for Quality Improvement Council and the Performance Improvement Committee meetings; data entry compilation graphing of quality improvement stats and results. Minimum Requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent Administrative Assistant skill set with strong Word and excel skills.
The candidate will be typing policies, working with leadership on policy changes and be able to format policies/procedures/order sets/protocols into standard templates and have the ability to collaborate to get policies to the right committee admin’s for approval and follow our policy and procedure.
Medical and Pharmaceutical knowledge preferred.
Candidate should be an individual who is a quick learner, and can jump in to assist executives in calendar management, documents, meetings etc.
Must have strong values based behavior and able to interact professionally with leadership, internal and external candidates.
Must have detail oriented polish.
Requirements
