Projects- Helping with some content creation, updating presentations and slide decks, a little editing. Assisting in putting out the weekly Newsletter into the community, helping to create and put together content for the newsletter.

Webinars- Operations producer of webinars which will include scheduling and coordinating the speakers and working with them about their content. Hosting the webinar and conduct the webinar, helping with the hand off to speaker and helping with questions of those on the webinars.

Marketing- Helping with online writing/content for social platforms- responses to questions, finding articles to share with the customers.

Role Description
The Associate Customer Adoption Analyst for Communities and Webinars is a specialist who contributes to the development and execution of resources that help our customers be successful with Salesforce. They collaborate across functions and with other CSG and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact via customer engagement and revenue-generating activities.

Key Accountabilities (Impact)
The Associate Customer Adoption Analyst is primarily responsible for:
Executing elements of Marketing and Adoption Plans
Monitors and answers questions in the online Trailblazer Community.
Coordinates logistics for webinar events including logistics and general hosting duties.
Curates content for weekly newsletters to be published in the Trailblazer Community.
As needed, runs contests and promotions in the Trailblazer Community.
Manage webinar speakers, compile, process and share content and recordings.
Monitors data quality for virtual events. Reports and escalates issues when identified with the data.
Identifies target audiences and authors draft communications
Drafts creative briefs and coordinates with creative teams and/or agencies
Tracking and Measuring Results and Impacts of Activities
Ensures that activities they coordinate are correctly recorded and updated
Builds and monitors basic reporting and dashboards within Salesforce
Project manages and provides status reporting
asic Requirements
Bachelor's degree essential
3-5 years of Marketing, Event Management, Program/Project Management and/or Customer Success experience
Passionate about Customer Success
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong Project Management skills and the ability to effectively move projects forward
Demonstrated success working on marketing and/or adoption plans, requiring both strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Creative problem-solver who enjoys working in an ever-changing environment
Good presentation development skills (storytelling/design)
Knowledge of product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
Salesforce Certifications preferred.
