Description
One of the fastest growing FinTech payments companies in San Francisco is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their top performing executive and CEO.


Flying across the country, daily meetings and important presentations, as the Executive Assistant you will be their right hand person with organizing their hectic schedule and providing top class support consistently.


Key responsibilities

- Assist the CEO with daily schedules and duties including: managing calendar commitments, and travel arrangements

- Provide general administrative support for the team including: receiving and interacting with visitors, arranging meetings and conference calls, drafting correspondences and presentations, providing other daily support to staff as needed

- Perform general office / facility management duties: managing the inventory of office supplies, maintaining office facilities and equipment, and ensuring all costs are reported and are under control

Requirements
- 4+ years of administrative experience in an office setting

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
