Description
We are searching for an experienced Compensation Consultant with a wide variety of experience they can apply to projects with our client. Your experiences in revamping Career and Compensation Frameworks, using technology tools such as Willis Towers Watson or similar, integrating in HRIS systems, and reviewing and updating multiple sales compensation plans to ensure they are efficient and effective. M A work regarding compensation would also be beneficial. Project could last approx. six months or longer. Three competencies that are most important: analytical, critical thinker, and attention to detail.
