Responsibilities

- Handling arrangements for travel and meetings

- Producing sales reports and preparing presentations

- Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

- Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner

- Handling and organizing internal training courses

- Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams

- Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

- Providing support for and participating in trade shows and conventions

- Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required

- Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
Requirements
- Customer Quotes experience preferred

- Customer service experience desired

- General familiarity with Manufacturing Company

- Customer invoices experience

- Data entry experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of Inventory Reports

- Adeptness in International Shipments

- Inbound Telephone Calls experience highly desired

- Employer suggests 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience

- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- Comprehension of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Prior experience coordinating projects, utilizing strong social skills, and working well with all levels of personnel and outside clients and vendors

- Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field
