OfficeTeam is seeking an accomplished and ambitious Front Desk Coordinator who is determined to grow their career in a challenging role.
You will play a key role by not only managing the front office and greeting guests, but also by supporting the company's various teams with different projects, arranging meetings, and supporting the executive team. Our client is a fantastic company located on the SW Waterfront, and they are looking for candidates who are passionate about integrating with their team and making an impact. This is a complex role, and will be a blast for candidates who like to be kept on their toes

Your New Job:
- Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
- Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
- Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
-Coordinate facilities activities and management
-Answer and screen incoming phone calls
-Maintain an updated appointment calendar for the office
Your Skillset:
- Incoming phone call management skills required
- PC desktop/workstations experience
- Calendar managements and scheduling appointments experience desired
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
-A high level of professionalism and adaptability
-The ability to come back to tasks after being interrupted multiple times, and prioritize appropriately
