-Professional, personable, and presentable in appearance and demeanor.
-Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
-Focus on customer service and must possess strong interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication.
-Process benefit information and assist new hires in all aspects of the benefit enrollment process.
-Able to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, technically savvy and able to pick up new programs with ease.
-Familiar with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) a must.
-Ability to take direction well, be comfortable working both alongside a team and independently.
This temporary-to-hire position would be full-time, 40 hours per week. The schedule would begin at 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday. The pay will range between $13.00-15.00/HR based on experience.
