OfficeTeam is seeking an experience Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant for an opportunity with a client located in Pembroke Pines. This role directly supports the management team and will be responsible for all data entry, maintaining all documents, handling the scheduling of meetings and appointments, ordering office supplies, scheduling, drafting letters and other correspondence as well as answering phones and other general office duties. The ideal Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be available to start work immediately and have extensive Microsoft experience.
