Excellent long-term contract opportunity for our Omaha client providing both Hands-On and Telephone Technical Support!!

We are seeking individuals with 2 to 5 years in a Technical Support/Service Desk role in a fast paced environment. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for the end users for all technical issues/service requests.

--Create incident and service requests
--Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
--Provide Voice based, hands-on and remote technical support
--Support to end users for all standard desktop issues via telephone or in person
--Problem resolution/troubleshooting
--Password Re-sets

Desired Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Windows and MAC operating systems and Applications related Troubleshooting skills (Microsoft Outlook, MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must have strong experience in comprehending user requests and carrying out required technical support through remote support tools.
Experience in Troubleshooting Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Scanners / PDA's / iPad / iPhone/ Peripherals / Generic PC Software?s
Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
Must have prior experience in service desk support and knowledge of a industry leading service desk management tool/Ticketing systems.

Must Haves:
