The Creative Group (TCG) is looking for a results-oriented Director of Product Marketing to ensure the precise execution of marketing projects. If you love organization and enjoy working across teams, this may be the job for you.
What you will get to do every single day
• Develop and build the Product Marketing team, creating processes to help the organization move faster and more effectively
• Conduct training on products, position and market intelligence
• Develop business plans and positioning of cutting edge products in the marketplace
• Conduct multi-year product planning to determine and execute life-cycle decisions
• Ensure and monitor product consistency for alignment with the overall marketing and corporate strategy
• Oversee the product performance, revenue, market share, penetration, and profitability objectives to determine and recommend product marketing strategy expenditures
• Assist in organizing and handling resources to deliver the elements required to complete a project with defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints
• Lead the efficient flow of work and information from marketing to creative and production departments
What we're looking for
• 10+ years of experience with growing responsibilities in product management/marketing
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
• 3-5 years of progressive managerial and leadership experience at the department head level
• Strong and well-defined communications - interpersonal and presentation skills with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into creative, intuitive content and products
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required; MBA a plus
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment a plus
