Description
We have an opportunity for a skilled HR assistant, who is interested in growing with a large company. The human resources assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide HR related clerical support to the HR department, and perform benefits reconciliation.

How you'll make an impact:

* Perform benefits reconciliation
* Assist with planning new employee orientation and onboarding meetings
* Advise employees on benefits
* Maintain employee database records
Requirements
What we're looking for:

* At least 1-year of HR related experience
* Ability to use good judgment
* High level of confidentiality and sensitivity
* Experience with benefits reconciliation
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative
