Key areas of focus:
Talent Acquisition ? experience in strategic sourcing for corporate employees, field employees, working with 3rd party contractors 1099s
Compliance and governmental reporting ? addressing relevant laws, legislation, regulations as it effects all business units
Experience in working on a small team from the start, handling all HR related functions from A-Z, building processes, standardizations, and driving best practices

Experience Requirements
? 5+ Years? Experience strategic Full-Cycle HR @ Manager/HRBP level
? Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing strategic recruitment and employment programs. Maintain, Update, and Create formal job descriptions for existing and newly created positions.
? Strategic Full-Cycle recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, open enrollment
o Heavy experience in working with contractors and 1099 employees
? Performance Management, Development, PIP?s, Exit Interviews at an executive level
? Compensation Analysis: Evaluating total rewards packages, ensuring competitiveness and proper documentation.
? Identifying legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
? Oversee Maintenance and Reporting, including unemployment filings, EEOC, OSHA, Workman?s Comp, FMLA, ADA, LOA, Garnishment and Deduction issues, etc.
? Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
? Ability to manage a heavy workload, high performer high energy
? Energy, Oil Gas or Logistics Industry experience required
? Perform other related duties and Ad Hoc projects as assigned
? Some travel required
? BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;

Preferred:
? MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources related field preferred
? PHR, SPHR, GPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
? Experienced in working in a small team environment
? Tech Savvy Analytical (Excel: V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
