Additional duties for the administrative assistant role are but not limited to: Answering phones - not heavy phone call volume, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, maintain contact lists, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, travel arrangements, prepare and submit expense reports, provide general support to visits, research and create presentations, generate reports, handle multiple projects, and must have intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
