Description
OfficeTeam is looking for a temporary HR Assistant in the Henderson, CO area. The role is open due to vacation coverage and ad hoc projects. This role is Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm and will start as early as tomorrow. Duties will include:
- Helping and working in the HR Department.
- Calling in applicants to get them scheduled for interviews
- Assisting guests in the entrance window with payroll questions, I9 and W4 updates
- Entering in updated employee information into their HRIS System, easy to medium data entry
- Assisting with daily, weekly and monthly labor reporting
- Connecting with current employees via phone and in person - assisting with new hire orientation
- Assisting with filing and shredding of employee files - must have high level of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements
- Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- HR Payroll System experience

- Data entry experience required

- HR (Human Resources) experience

- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
