A vibrant media company is looking for an Office Manager to join their downtown office and help with the day-to-day operations of their Chicago office. The ideal Office Manager will have an outgoing personality and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Tasks include but are not limited to covering the front desk, answering phones, responding to employee concerns, setting up new employee equipment, conference room scheduling and setup, and the ordering of office supplies.
