Robert Half Technology is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join one of the leading food manufacturers in the United States, located in beautiful Boulder, CO! You will be working on a fun and collaborative team providing Tier 2/3 support for over 2000+ users across the organization. In addition to providing remote support, you will also work one-on-one with end users to walk them through issues in a more personal basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Help Desk Experience and be interested in learning new technologies and diving deep into creative problem solving to support overall functioning of the organization. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. Your responsibilities in this role
- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Update and continually add information to internal Knowledge base
- Provide recommendations as to how to improve customer service and support
The ideal candidate will have all or most of the following qualifications:

- Experience troubleshooting for Windows 7/10, MacOS, and iOS
- Active Directory experience
- Some SCCM experience
-Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
- Comfortable supporting C-Suite and executive users
- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Proficiency in installing/troubleshooting desktop hardware/peripherals
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems
