Director of Mergers and Acquisitions
To $180,000 plus great bonus and benefits

My client is a PE backed healthcare group with revenues in excess of $100 million. They operate in 7 states and more than 50 locations and are looking for a Finance Director to lead the &A execution, leading transactions through cross-functional due diligence processes. Responsibilities include

• Lead the due diligence activities across all functional areas of a transaction.
• Assist with modeling and financial analysis of on-going transactions.
• Conduct detailed target analysis and financial modeling using KPIs and other variables
• Lead the preparation of valuation models following the business M&A standards.
• Develop key analysis to support transaction evaluation and ensure process deadlines are achieved
• Work with executive leadership in making final approvals of M&A transactions
• Keep up with legislation and regulatory policies governing M&A transactions
• Establish internal procedures for various business development and divisional finance teams with merger & acquisition (M&A) activities
• Prepare detailed analysis and reports in a timely manner as requested by Management.
• Work with Corporate Controller to integrate acquired businesses in financial systems.
• Work with senior/executive management on financial analysis for ad hoc strategic projects.
• Determine appropriate methods of financial presentation.

Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding Mergers & Acquisitions leadership opportunity, you should ideally possess a BS degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA / CPA preferred), minimum seven (7) years M&A deal lifecycle experience in the healthcare sector, financial modelling, knowledge of GAAP,
