Description
Our client is seeking to full-time a full-time creative Marketing Manager, who has an infectious and fun personality. There is potential to grow this into a Director level role with time!

The #1 goal of the Marketing Manager is to develop consumer brand recognition for their brands that are carried in retailers nationwide.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
? The implementation of the brand and marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
? Develop the marketing and launch strategy for new products
? Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
? Manage agency partners for PR and Social
? Monitor web sales for trends; analyze web sales reports
? Execute email marketing strategy and develop content calendar, B2C and B2B
? Conceptualize, manage and attend major trade shows from beginning to end (3 a year, 1 big one and 2 minor ones)
? Manage assigned portions of marketing budget

Requirements
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in communication, marketing or business administration
? At least 3 years marketing experience/ CPG experience ideally with food brands or natural / organic lines of food, beauty, personal care etc HUGE PLUS
? Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
