OfficeTeam is looking for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and office support duties for a company in the Hi Tech Engineering industry. You might be the right candidate for this Administrative Assistant position if you are deeply passionate about growing your career. This Administrative Assistant vacancy is based in the Beavercreek, Ohio area and is a long-term temporary opportunity. The Administrative Assistant would be working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Major responsibilities

- Back various projects for other employees
- Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
- Handle telephone calls
- Gathering, tracking, and reporting on-going proposals
- Editing, formatting, and submitting contract deliverables
- Calendar management, ordering office supplies, and other duties to support the department

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience highly desired
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong familiarity with personnel file maintenance
- Adeptness in Microsoft Word
- At least 5 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
