Grace Miller is the Manager of North American Research Operations specializing in conducting industry - and function- specific research and developing a plan to identify prospective executive candidates for each search project. Based in the firm's Boston office, Grace works closely with the Managing Directors, Principals and Associates to develop further strategies in various industry sectors. She also supports business development initiatives throughout North America.
Grace began her career with Robert Half Executive Search as a Search Coordinator in 2013 before quickly being promoted to the Associate role in 2014, a Research Associate in 2015, and currently helps oversee the Research Department as the Manager of North American Research Operations. As a Search Coordinator, she worked diligently with clients and candidates to enhance the search process. As an Associate, Grace was responsible for identifying, assessing and attracting qualified candidates for executive-level positions. In her current role as a Manager, she has taken on new responsibilities in generating research strategies, market intelligence, and business development initiatives.
Her critical thinking, thorough analysis, and research skills have proved to be vital toward her success. Grace has worked with a wide variety of national and international clients to assist them in building their executive leadership.
Personal and Professional Activities
Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, Grace worked in education, heavily focusing on youth and children. Grace has volunteered domestically and internationally to teach English and Math to children of all ages, and to assist in building homes, running sports camps, and spending time with orphaned children around the world. She is still very active in volunteering with children on weekends.
Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Massachusetts, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary.
