<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA/CIMA) Management Accountant to take ownership of the financial accounting and analysis of many of our client's high-profile programs as well as assist with busy, upcoming financial year-end workload.</p><p>This two month+ temporary role will also enable you to gain experience within the highly sought after not-for-profit industry.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Working within a professional and dedicated finance team and having a close relationship with non-finance Stakeholders your duties will include:</p><ul><li>Assisting with the accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly and year-end accounts</li><li>Preparation of monthly management reports</li><li>Detailed forecasting (including cash)</li><li>Grant management & acquittals</li><li>Budgeting</li><li>Monthly variance analysis</li><li>Meeting with key stakeholders</li><li>Detailed financial analysis</li><li>Fixed Asset accounting</li><li>General ledger reconciliations</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To be successful in this role you will have worked within a large organisation partnering operational teams to deliver meaningful and insightful financial reports. A willingness to "roll-up-the-sleeves" and assist with ad-hoc financial year-end projects also essential.</p><p>You will have strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.</p><p>You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a proven background with complex budgeting systems.
