Trevor Siebert is a Robert Half Executive Search Principal specializing in the identification and vetting of executive leaders and senior-level, functional management professionals in the following disciplines: executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.
Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, Trevor partners with our various Robert Half Executive Search Managing Directors, conducting searches throughout the United States and internationally.
Trevor began his career with Robert Half Executive Search in 2013 as an intern before joining the firm as an Associate.
During his tenure with Robert Half Executive Search, he has successfully delivered executive-level talent across multiple industries to a variety of national and international clients. He has completed numerous executive search placements, allowing him to build a deep and diverse network of candidates. With his strong industry relationships and consultative recruiting approach, Trevor is able to identify and attract top-tier talent for his clients.
Trevor’s experience has permitted him to develop critical thinking, research and project management skills that have been vital in contributing to his success.
Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout his career, Trevor has been active with Junior Achievement in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he tutored and mentored underprivileged children through the Sursum Corda program and volunteered for the Hoya Dreams Foundation at Georgetown University Hospital.
Trevor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Georgetown University, where he was also a member of the Hoya men’s lacrosse team.
