About the Management Training Program

Management training roles

Starting in the Management Training Program in a Recruiting or Business Development role, you will recruit and interview professionals for temporary/contract positions with our clients as well as introduce our services to prospective clients and build upon existing client relationships.

The Management Training Program induction school

The Management Training Program kicks off with an orientation to learn the fundamentals of the staffing industry and what it’s like to work at Robert Half. From there, you will continue training with the management team in one of our offices nationwide to learn the skills you need to help you thrive in your first year – and beyond. Our goal is to set the stage for you to grow your career with us.
