This position is a 100% remote contract opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist</strong> to manage, execute, and optimize our marketing automation programs. This role requires deep expertise in <strong>Adobe Marketo Engage</strong>, as well as a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign performance reporting.</p><p>You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and RevOps to drive high-impact, data-driven campaigns that support our business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using <strong>Adobe Marketo Engage</strong></li><li>Design, test, and optimize <strong>email workflows, nurture programs, lead scoring, and segmentation</strong></li><li>Manage Marketo database hygiene, list imports, and sync processes with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation, lead routing, and pipeline acceleration efforts</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate insights to improve ROI and engagement</li><li>Ensure all marketing automation processes align with industry best practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)</li><li>Support lead lifecycle initiatives through lead scoring models, program templates, and trigger-based campaigns</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to Marketo programs, forms, landing pages, and integrations</li></ul><p><br></p>
