The incumbent will transition the new Director of Finance before retiring. The organization has a positive culture that encourages implementing changes to create efficiencies. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include oversight of all accounting functions including month end close, monthly reporting, budgeting/ forecasting, internal controls, liaison with the CPA firm, inventory accounting, monitoring KPI’s and provide insights and recommendations to improve policies and procedures. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Minimum requirements include experience with the responsibilities listed above, strong supervisor and leadership experience, and an understanding of core costing concepts.
