<p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Accounts Payable Analyst</strong> to join their team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and has a strong eye for accuracy and organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Daily duties include reviewing and matching invoices and check requests, verifying vendor codes, invoice numbers, and dates, and ensuring all required approvals are in place. You’ll process and prepare accounts payable checks, coordinate with internal teams for payment releases, and ensure all checks are matched and mailed correctly.
