This position requires someone who can handle sensitive information with confidentiality while collaborating effectively with various departments.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process weekly payroll for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Maintain updated employee records, including onboarding, terminations, and pay adjustments.<br>• Verify and calculate deductions, benefits contributions, and garnishments in adherence to regulations.<br>• Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws.<br>• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management and accounting teams.<br>• Address employee questions regarding payroll, taxes, and timekeeping promptly.<br>• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data.<br>• Assist in year-end procedures, including generating W-2 forms and processing tax filings.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll tasks, reporting, and system updates.
