- <p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Lead SAP Analyst</strong> to lead the design, enhancement, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner with business and IT teams to optimize quote-to-cash processes, deliver SAP initiatives, and provide technical leadership across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a Direct Hire position that will require a hybrid work schedule in Milwaukee or Appleton.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sponsorship <u>is not</u> available for this role. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP Sales & Distribution solutions, including enterprise structure, ATP, pricing, item category determination, output determination, and billing.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and improve sales, customer service, pricing, and order fulfillment processes.</li><li>Support and enhance quote-to-cash processes, including Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order scenarios.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP analysts, promote best practices, and serve as an escalation point for complex SAP SD issues.</li><li>Lead SAP enhancement projects, system improvements, testing efforts, production support, and user acceptance testing activities.</li><li>Configure and support SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC) and collaborate on Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) initiatives when applicable.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting SAP MM, PP, LE, FI/CO, integrations, EDI, and IDoc processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted tools, improved data quality, and modern integration approaches to improve business processes.</li><li>Participate in on-call support and provide HyperCare support during major releases or critical business events.</li></ul>
