<p>Job Title: Inventory Analyst</p><p>Location: John Deere Waterloo Works, Waterloo, IA</p><p>Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Minimal overtime)</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p><p>As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and reliable inventory systems. You will work cross-functionally with materials management, manufacturing engineering, and auditing teams to proactively manage inventory processes, resolve discrepancies, and support financial audits.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate material processes to ensure alignment between system and physical inventory.</li><li>Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Department Auditors to maintain point-of-use inventory accuracy.</li><li>Reconcile inventory variances and develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.</li><li>Support monthly and annual financial inventory audits.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Additional Details:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Metatarsal protection will be required for the first day.</li><li>Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</li></ul>
