The successful candidate will manage all accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient operations. </p><p><br></p><p> Responsibilities: </p><p>• Oversee the full cycle of accounting duties, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger management. </p><p>• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. </p><p>• Conduct bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. </p><p>• Handle invoicing, bill payments, and expense reporting in a timely manner. </p><p>• Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and annual audits. </p><p>• Communicate effectively with vendors, project managers, designers, and clients on any issues around billing and invoicing. </p><p>• Manage administrative and operational tasks of the office, including but not limited to, managing leases, insurance, supplies, equipment, and facility emails and files. </p><p>• Maintain employee records, including attendance, benefits, and performance evaluations. </p><p>• Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in accordance with labor laws and company policies. </p><p>• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. </p><p>• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. </p><p>• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff. </p><p>• Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed. </p><p><br></p><p> Please reach out to Ian Gainor via LinkedIn if interested.</p>
