<p>RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES</p><p>1. Research, identify and evaluate price, quality and availability of goods and services.</p><p>Negotiates purchase and renewal terms, prices and indemnification language; Utilize</p><p>efficient and economical procurement practices and methods to select appropriate</p><p>vendors or service providers for the District.</p><p>2.
