<p>A leading global immigration law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to support its Writing Team on a remote, contract basis. This role is focused on high-volume writing projects for a large technology client and requires deep, hands-on experience with extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions (O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, including RFEs and NOIDs). The ideal candidate can contribute immediately with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, writing-intensive environment. This is a remote contract opportunity with an ASAP start, structured as a 3-month rolling engagement (no set end date at this time).
