The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide administrative support for benefits administration, including sending out required paperwork and assisting with reconciliations.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Benefits Specialist to manage leave programs and ensure accurate communication with employees.</p><p>• Assist in onboarding processes, including background checks and employee file management.</p><p>• Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and a strong customer service approach.</p><p>• Support HR-related projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned, ensuring timely completion.</p><p>• Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate and current employee information.</p><p>• Contribute to the coordination of employee relations activities and initiatives.</p><p>• Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team, including scheduling and documentation management.</p><p>• Adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs with a proactive mindset.</p>
