This role involves managing billing processes, assisting with financial transactions, and maintaining office efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and exceptional communication skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Support customer service efforts by addressing billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.<br>• Assist the Business Office Manager in maintaining smooth daily office operations.<br>• Provide backup assistance for accounts payable and receivable tasks, including coding and entering transactions.<br>• Manage cash flow entries for payments and receipts as required.<br>• Organize and maintain financial records through filing and document management.<br>• Receive and sort incoming mail related to accounting processes.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting systems.
