As a Network Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining the company's IT framework by effectively managing customer applications, records, and inquiries. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security<br>• Provide support for hardware/software via telephone, email, or remote tools<br>• Installation and configuration of new devices including computers, notebooks, printers, multi-function devices, and telephone handsets<br>• Execute software installations, operating system upgrades, and software version upgrades<br>• Monitor and manage on-premises servers<br>• Support Print Management Solutions and ITIL Solutions like Goto, Jira<br>• Manage audiovisual facilities, video conferencing, and microphones<br>• Identify potential major incidents and problems for proactive maintenance and Incident Management<br>• Manage user accounts and document issues and resolution steps<br>• Utilize Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Cisco Access Points, and Microsoft Windows 10 to perform duties.Field Engineer<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support for desktop computers, Microsoft products, third-party software, and cloud applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot network issues involving WAN/LAN, firewalls, security, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity.</li><li>Implement and support remote access solutions including VPNs and Remote Desktop Services.</li><li>Handle escalations from help desk, project teams, and managed services groups.</li><li>Update documentation and manage tickets in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Conduct on-site maintenance and end-user support.</li><li>Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation shifts.</li><li>Be able to regularly travel for troubleshooting issues at scheduled visits.</li></ul><p><br></p>
