As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work while advancing your career in financial management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Audit and accurately record incoming donations, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.</p><p>• Manage accounts payable by preparing, coding, and processing invoices for timely payments.</p><p>• Facilitate payroll processing on a bi-monthly basis while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.</p><p>• Generate monthly financial reports for management and board review.</p><p>• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure up-to-date financial records.</p><p>• Support annual audits by coordinating with external auditors and preparing necessary documentation.</p><p>• Implement and maintain internal controls to comply with non-profit financial regulations.</p><p>• Organize and secure financial records in both digital and paper formats.</p><p>• Utilize accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks and Excel, to streamline workflow.</p><p>• Propose and execute process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.</p>
