<p>We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee customer-facing aerospace programs in Arlington, Washington. This role partners closely with internal teams and external customers to keep production commitments on track, address issues quickly, and support reliable delivery performance. The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain and program management experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to lead through shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining clear communication on program status, priorities, and delivery expectations.</p><p>• Direct the progress of production orders from initial planning through shipment, making informed decisions to support schedule performance and operational goals.</p><p>• Respond to urgent customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment, including situations that may require attention beyond standard working hours.</p><p>• Lead formal program reviews, presenting updates, risks, action plans, and performance outcomes to customer stakeholders and internal leadership.</p><p>• Develop and drive corrective action plans when products fall behind customer requirements, working across functions to recover schedule commitments.</p><p>• Coordinate responses to engineering changes, balancing customer needs with cost considerations and overall program impact.</p><p>• Negotiate key commercial and operational matters such as spare parts pricing, lead times, and expedited service requests.</p><p>• Analyze demand patterns and industry factors to improve forecast visibility and provide accurate shipment date commitments.</p><p>• Support a safe working environment by following company safety practices and reinforcing compliance with applicable procedures.</p><p>• Carry out additional program-related duties as needed to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>Medical/Dental/Vision</p><p>Life and AD&D Insurance</p><p>Long-Term Disability Insurance</p><p>401k</p><p>2 weeks PTO</p><p>80 hours of paid holiday per calendar year</p><p><br></p>
